2025 Patria Family Reunion
Lodging & Registration Information
As previously announced, due to Shocco Springs unexpectedly double-booking our reservation dates, the 2026 Patria Family Reunion will now be held at Hargis Christian Camp. While this means a different style of lodging than we've enjoyed in the past, it also provides a wonderful setting for fellowship, worship, and simply spending time together as family.
This year's registration offers even greater value than last year. Although the reunion dates remain September 17–19, your registration now includes an additional night of lodging at no extra cost. Guests are invited to arrive beginning Wednesday, September 16, giving everyone an opportunity to settle in, reconnect with friends, and enjoy a more relaxed pace before our formal reunion activities begin Thursday evening.
We'll also have a variety of optional fellowship activities and opportunities to connect throughout Thursday, making the extra day a meaningful part of the Patria Family experience.
Another intentional difference this year is our approach to the ministry sessions. Many of our past reunions have featured outstanding guest speakers who have ministered into our lives. This year, however, we have intentionally chosen a different emphasis.
The heart of the 2026 Patria Family Reunion is relationship. Rather than centering the weekend around a featured guest speaker, our desire is to create space for meaningful conversations, shared meals, worship, prayer, and simply doing life together as the Patria family. We believe one of God's greatest gifts to leaders is other healthy leaders, and we want to make the most of the time we have together.
That does not mean there will be no teaching or ministry. Quite the opposite. We are intentionally leaving room for the Holy Spirit to direct our times together. As the Lord opens doors, we are prepared for members of our own Patria family—and perhaps other guests—to share, teach, encourage, and minister as He leads. Our expectation is not simply that we will attend another conference, but that we will leave more deeply connected to one another and better equipped to fulfill the unique calling God has placed on each of our lives.
Even with the additional night, registration this year is $50 to $125 less per person than last year's reunion, depending on the lodging option you select.

A Few Things to Know
Hargis Christian Camp has a limited number of rooms in each category. Lodging assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis as registrations are received.
If you would like to room with a particular person, please indicate your roommate preference during registration. We will do our best to honor all requests while balancing room availability.
Our goal is not luxury accommodations but meaningful time together as the Patria family. We believe the conversations around the table, the worship, the ministry, and the relationships built throughout the weekend will be what everyone remembers most.
An added benefit of our new location is its convenience. Hargis Christian Camp is approximately 30 minutes from Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport, making travel significantly easier for those flying in from around the country.
